Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits
You can withdraw up to £500 a day from an ATM or up to the maximum country limit allowed – whichever is the lowest. The minimum withdrawal in the UK is £10. The minimum amounts vary in countries outside the UK.

Checking your Times card and eccount balance
It’s easy to check your eccount or Times card(s) balance 24 hours a day:
- Online: log-in to your Times eccount
- Telephone: call our automated telephone line on 0871 220 6420
- Text: BAL to 80777 or +44 778 1474 776 if overseas (standard network rates apply).
Your authorised users can also log-in online and see their card details, check their card balance and view transactions. To allow your cardholders access to view their card details please log-into your eccount online and amend their acess rights.
