At high street bank branches and PayPoint locations
Topping-up your eccount with cash is free at over 2,000 high street bank branches using your Times paying-in book (please call Customer Care to request this).

By bank transfer
You can Top-up by bank transfer for FREE. Simply log-in to your eccount online and select the Bank Account Details under the Top-up tab and follow the instructions.

Online by Bank Transfer
To Top-up online, simply login and choose ‘Move Funds’.

Salary and wage payment
Having your salary/wage paid directly into your eccount is a convenient way to Top-up.

Log-in to your eccount online and download the simple form or call Customer Care and they will send you the form by email or mail, which you should complete and hand to your employer.

PayPoint
You can also use cash to top-up at over 19,500 locations nationwide displaying the PayPoint logo (3% fee).

Cheque Cashing
You can now Top-up your eccount/card by depositing a cheque. Simply download the Cheque Deposit Slip online or call Customer Care for more information.


Post Office
You can now Top-up at over 14,500 Post Office branches in the UK using cash.

You can now request a Top-up Card for FREE by contacting Customer Care. Hand your Top-up Card to a friend/family memeber and they can Top-up your card at Post Office branches and PayPoint locations in the UK. Click here to find out more.


Top-up alerts

There are two really handy ways to find out if money has been paid into your Times Card/eccount. You can be notified by email for FREE and/or by text alert for only 8p per text. You can select these options when you activate your Times Card/eccount when you log-in online or by calling Customer Care to register or update your details.
