This is a convenient way to Top-up your Times MasterCard® Prepaid Card and eccount.
Log into your eccount online and download the form or alternatively call Customer Care and they will send you the simple form by email. Complete the form and hand to your employer.
Do not use the eccount details in your Times paying-in book, always use the eccount number found in the bottom left hand corner of your Times Card.
Your Times Card/eccount will be credited as soon as the cleared money is received from your employer. Normally, this takes between 1-5 days, depending on when and how it is paid. Most employers usually try to arrange wage or salary payments to be made available at a time expected by the employee.
To download a salary/wage payment form simply log-inot your eccount online or call Customer Care to request one.
