Call Customer Care and they will send you a simple form by email or mail, which you should complete and hand to your employer.
Do not use the eccount details in your Times paying-in book.
Your Tuxedo eccount will be credited as soon as the cleared money is received from your employer. Normally, this takes between 1-5 days, depending on when and how it is paid. Most employers usually try to arrange wage or salary payments to be made available at a time expected by the employee.
