Credit/debit card

You can Top-up online at www.thetimesprepaid.co.uk with a valid credit or debit card that has available funds.

  • Simply log-in and select the 'Top-up' option from the menu.
  • Enter the required details together with the Top-up amount.

Important: For your added security, we only accept top-ups by credit/debit cards that have been registered for MasterCard® secure code or Verified by Visa®. Visit the MasterCard or Visa websites for further information or contact your card issuer for details.

In order to Top-up using your credit/debit card you need to register it first with Customer Care. Please ensure you wait 72 hours after registration before using your card to Top-up.

We may impose a maximum Top-up limit by credit/debit card for your protection against fraud. Top-ups may take two working days or longer to be available in your Times eccount.

We reserve the right to suspend online top-ups to protect our customers where fraudulent activity is suspected.
