How to Pay

There are four easy ways to pay for your Times MasterCard® Prepaid Card and eccount: -

1. By credit/debit card online (click here)

2. By postal order if registering by mail - click here to download the activation form

3. By Text message

Please follow the instructions below to obtain your payment reference via text message to complete your activation.

  1. Text the word TIMES to 80777
  2. You’ll receive four messages; the second message will contain your 10-digit payment reference.
  3. Enter this payment reference when you activate online. To activate online, click here.  If you activate by mail, write down your payment reference in the space provided on the form.

The charge to your mobile phone for your pack will be £12.00 – payable in 4 text message installments of £5.00, £5.00, £1.00 and £1.00. Please check with your service provider for any additional text charges that may apply. You must have the permission of the bill payer before using the service.

4. By Voucher – at PayPoint® locations.

You can pay for your Times Card using a Voucher at any PayPoint location in the UK(click here to download and print a copy). They will scan the voucher and ask you to pay £10 for your Times Card. You will be given a receipt with the payment reference on it. Follow the usual buy process online and enter the voucher payment reference at the payment stage, you will not be charged again and your Times Card will be sent to you.

If activating by mail rather than online then write down your payment reference in the space provided on the activation form.
