Top-up at a High Street Bank Branches

It’s simple to Top-up with cash using your Times paying-in book (please call Customer Care to request this- a £5 charge will apply).

You can Top-up FREE at over 2,000 selected high street bank branches.

Pay money in from Monday to Friday and you can use it for purchases and withdrawals after two full working days; so if you pay money in on a Saturday it will be treated as if you paid it in on a Monday and would be available to draw against on Thursday.

If you need a new Times paying-in book you can order one for only £2 by calling Customer Care, or if you require a free replacment, return the re-order form supplied in the book.
